What's the best baby's age to start this?
Start as early as you can! The earlier you start, the better it is because of the synaptic pruning effects that are constantly impacting your child’s brain development right from birth. Even though it's never 'too late' to begin (“better late than never”), we always recommend to start as early as you can, right after they are born, so your child has the maximum window of opportunity to fully utilize benefits of early learning and can get a giant headstart in their development.
